iHome Staging dedicates to make the best use of the spaces of our client's home and bring out the best atmosphere to emphasize the shining point of the structural space. In this project we transformed an originally very deep "4-4-2" house into a spacious and luxurious environment with modern simplicity. This home only has 1 family room and 1 dining room, which made it look less valuable than similar listings with 4-4-2 structure on market.
Therefore, we use symmetrical layout of furniture in the family room to boost its potential value, look more like a luxury home. The dining area had a grand piano that is difficult to move prior to staging , instead of using traditional rectangle dining table, we decided to use round dining table with 5 high-end dining chairs. The design also helps highlighting the openness and sunlight during day time. With our selection of the paints they put a light touch to the space and brings the colorful elements.
